Home Ace offers a COMPLETE HOME CHECK-UP that looks at 39 items in your home PLUS tests your electrical system and checks for moisture in your walls to determine what items need immediate attention. This is a $425.00 value that you can get for just $350.00.
3. checklist items
Home Ace follows a checklist of 50+ items on our regularly scheduled visits (monthly, quarterly). Some items are addressed on every visit while others are seasonal.
4. AdD-ons
Each home is unique. Home Ace offers add-ons to the basic checklist to match your needs. Take advantage of these additional services if you have a tankless water heater, fireplace, deck, pool/spa, granite countertops, a septic system, more than one HVAC unit, sprinkler system, or more. Home Ace can also coordinate your lawn care/landscaping services, maid service, or anything else you need to take care of your place.

Something always pops up that you need help with at home. Maybe you need someone present for a delivery or to house sit while you are away or to handle an emergency. Your home concierge can meet whatever need you have with someone who has been fully vetted and deemed trustworthy based on a background check and references.
