  • Full-Scale Remodels: Execute end-to-end commercial restaurant renovations overnight, ensuring high-quality facility standards are met under tight deadlines.
  • Specialized Interior Trades: Perform high-end tile/grout, flooring, carpentry, sheetrock, wallpaper, painting/staining, and light plumbing installations utilizing modern tools and techniques.
  • Blueprint Precision: Read and interpret architectural blueprints and technical drawings with absolute accuracy to customize and enhance restaurant environments.
  • Project Alignment: Actively participate and provide regular status updates during weekly project management huddles to keep timelines aligned.
  • Safety & Quality Control: Maintain rigorous safety protocols and premium quality control standards on all active job sites.

  • Travel & Shift Flexibility: Absolute willingness to accommodate cross-country travel and consistent night-shift operations.
  • Rotation Commitment: Ability to work a steady rotation schedule of 3–4 weeks on-site, followed by 1 week off.
  • Visual Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing high-quality photos of recently completed commercial projects.
  • Legal & Tax Compliance: Must possess a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN).

What We Offer

  • Project Support: A highly supportive operational ecosystem led by experienced RFS project managers, ensuring smooth on-site execution.
  • Transparent Compensation: A competitive flat fee per project that includes a transparent base package alongside lucrative optional add-ons.
